1. General Guidelines

• All cancellation, modification, or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the Program Manager.
• The date of receipt of the written request will be considered the official date of cancellation.
• Refunds, credits, or transfers will be processed only after formal confirmation.

2. Registration Cancellation & Refunds

Accommodation fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Registration Transfer

• Fully paid registrations may be transferred to another participant for the same conference.
• Requests must be made within 30 days of registration.
• Transfers are permitted only if the original registrant is unable to attend.
• No refunds are allowed for transferred registrations.

4. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

• Accommodation is arranged with partner hotels under strict policies.
• Once confirmed, accommodation cannot be canceled.
• Modifications may be permitted subject to hotel availability and policies.

5. Conference Cancellation or Postponement

• Participants will receive a 100% credit of the registration fee.
• Credit can be used for any Sciinnovate Conference within one year.
• No cash refunds will be issued.

6. Visa Issues & Non-Attendance

• Visa-related issues are not covered under the cancellation policy.
• Participants are advised to apply for visas immediately after registration.
• Supporting documentation will be provided upon request.

7. Force Majeure

• Organizers are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond control.
• Includes natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide credit options.

8. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
• Any bank or transaction charges will be borne by the participant.
